Qualified Domestic Relations Order Preparation: Flat Fees
Fees for preparation of Orders below include order preparation and obtaining pre-approval (when possible) from the Plan Administrator. I anticipate most orders to be completed within 4 hours; however, any time required beyond 4 hours will be billed at the rate of $250.00 per hour.
Illinois Governmental Pension Plans [State and Local] (QILDROS): $350.00
Analysis of Retirement Plans: $250.00 per hour
Includes determination of vested portion, marital interest, plan valuation dates, effect of loans in defined contribution plans [where relevant], effect of frozen plan in defined benefit plans [where relevant], any issues related to divisibility of benefits.
Assistance with Language for Marital Settlement Agreements: $250.00 per hour
Assistance with Discovery Related to Retirement Plans: $200.00 per hour
Entry of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders: Flat Fees
